We’re seeking Volunteer Coordinators for each Mercer Island school to help build and lead a new, island-wide volunteer network. As a Coordinator, you'll:
Partner with school administrators to identify service gaps and program shortfalls
Recruit and organize parent volunteers for key school events and support services
Design and implement school-based volunteer programs that ensure every need is met — from classroom help to community events
Assess where funding and volunteers can have the biggest impact, and help direct our support accordingly
Serve as a vital connector between Parents for Mercer Island and your school community
