Request Support for a School Project
At Parents for Mercer Island, we believe every student deserves the tools, experiences, and support to succeed, no matter what school they attend. That’s why we created a monthly funding program to help parents, teachers, coaches, and students bring great ideas to life. Whether it’s classroom supplies, tutoring, arts programs, or travel for a school event, we’re here to help cover the costs that make a real difference. Together, we can uplift our entire community, one project at a time.

Funding Decision & Timing
Funding decisions are made by the Parents for Mercer Island board, which meets monthly to review all submissions. Each request is evaluated based on its potential impact, urgency, and alignment with our mission to support student success. The board votes on which projects to fund, and decisions are communicated by the last day of each month.
